Pelayo de Salvador Morell


Pelayo de Salvador holds Degrees in Law (2006) and in Business Administration and Management (2007) ICADE E-3 from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas of Madrid. Following these two qualifications, he obtained the Master’s Degree in Business Law from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues and the Harvard Law School (2009), and he is a University Expert in Civil and Commercial Mediation of the UIB (2014) and Urban and Territorial Planning Law of the UIB (2016). Additionally, he has completed business studies at the international level at the École de Management de Lyon (France), and he speaks Spanish, English and French fluently.

He began his professional career in 2007 in the Commercial Real Estate Law Department of Garrigues, where he provided legal advice on the largest real estate operations in this country. Following this, he founded deSalvador Real Estate Lawyers, a boutique law firm focusing exclusively on Real Estate, Urban Planning and Construction Law, being the director partner of the Mallorca office.

Throughout his career, Pelayo de Salvador has had the opportunity to provide advice in real estate matters to various profiles of clients, including investment funds, family offices, insurance firms, developers and constructors, foodstuff distribution chains, restaurant chains, real estate agencies and so on, along with private clients of all types.

Marta Jiménez von Carstenn-Lichterfelde


A Graduate in Law (2007) from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Following graduation, she obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Law in a course given by the Centro de Estudios Garrigues and the Harvard Law School (2009). In addition, she has completed executive courses in Inheritance Law (2012) and Company Law (2013) given by the Bar Association of Madrid. She is bilingual in German and Spanish and speaks English fluently and some French.

She began her professional career in the Commercial Law Department of Garrigues, where she participated in the legal consultancy of important real estate operations. She also entered the “German Desk” group, addressed specifically to German-speaking clients, whom she advised in both commercial and real estate investment operations.

In 2013 she joined the Procedural Law Department of the Legal Mavens law firm, where she provided legal advice in real estate matters and was in charge of the legal management of numerous judicial proceedings, particularly in the real estate sector. In 2015 she joined the Grupo Moraval as the Director of Legal Consultancy, directing processes of construction, sale and purchase of all types of buildings.

In 2017 she joined the team of deSalvador Real Estate Lawyers as the director partner of the Madrid office.

Throughout her career she has dealt with national and international clients, advising both private individuals and companies, in particular investment funds and real estate developers and agents.
